Life is easier when your pet comes with you. At Noli Studios, you get a flexible, move‑in ready studio and the freedom to stay with your four‑legged friend for as long as you need. A day, a month or more. Room to live, together.
Bring your pet, stay as long as you like
Looking for pet friendly housing shouldn’t feel like negotiating with a landlord who already decided no.
At Noli Studios, pets are welcome from day one. No begging. No crossed fingers. Just a clear yes and a move-in ready studio waiting for both of you.
You know the frustration. You find a place you like, then scroll down to see “no pets allowed” or the vague “pets considered on a case-by-case basis.” That second one usually means no, but with extra steps. Searching for pet friendly apartments can turn into a full-time job, and even when you find options, the fees and restrictions can feel punishing.
Noli Studios works differently. A serviced studio designed for people who want flexibility, comfort and the freedom to live with their pets without the usual rental headaches. Short stay or flexible stay, the choice is yours.
Pets living their best Noli life
Before you dive into choosing a studio, here’s a little glimpse of everyday life with pets at Noli. Real walkies. Real naps. Real neighbours stopping to say hi. These moments say more than any copy ever could: pets settle in fast here and so do their people.
Which location is the best fit for you and why
All Noli locations give you the same core things: a private studio that feels like home, shared spaces when you want company and flexible stays that leave you room to live on your own terms.
Otaniemi is the nature lover’s pick. You’re surrounded by sea, forest paths and quiet streets perfect for long, uninterrupted walks.
It’s one of the greenest Noli locations and especially good for active dogs that need more than a quick loop around the block. If you want silence, water, woods and space to breathe, Otaniemi is the clear winner.
Katajanokka is the scenic choice. You get beautiful seaside walking routes right outside your door, perfect for slower morning or evening walks. The area is limited by the shoreline, so the paths are more “out and back,” but they’re calm and pretty.
Best part: there’s a dog park just a few minutes from the Noli buildings, which makes everyday life with a pet much easier. Quiet streets, sea breeze and a proper place to let your dog run.
Myyrmäki is great for long, relaxed walks. You’ve got big green areas, sports fields and nature routes all around the district. It’s easy to find quiet paths where your dog can sniff around without bumping into crowds.
If you want more space, fewer cars and a proper local neighbourhood for everyday routines, Myyrmäki is a very pet‑friendly fit.
Herttoniemi is a strong all‑rounder for pet owners. You’re close to shoreline walking paths, forest routes and a dog beach not too far away. That mix makes it easy to switch between quick bathroom breaks and long weekend adventures.
The vibe is local and friendly, with enough nature nearby to keep both you and your pet happy.
Malmi gives you simple, spacious living. The area has plenty of parks, open paths and forested pockets nearby, so you can make pet walks part of an easy rhythm. It’s calm, residential and predictable — good for dogs that get overstimulated in dense city streets.
Sörnäinen works only if you don’t mind the “big city energy”. It’s one of Helsinki’s most urban neighbourhoods with busy streets and fewer green pockets.
Walks tend to be shorter and more structured because parks are limited and often crowded. If your pet is fine with urban life and you want cafés and nightlife around you, it’s doable. But for long, peaceful walks, the other locations will treat you better.
Choose the stay that fits your plans
Whether you’re staying for a shorter period or looking for added flexibility, we offer different booking options to match your needs. Below, you’ll find an overview of what short stay and flexible stay mean and how pricing works for each when you’re arriving with your best friend.
Short stays
Short stays work like a standard hotel booking.
You choose your dates, check in and check out when you’re ready. Pets are included in the base price.
No extra fees. No surprise charges.
If you’re just visiting, traveling for work, or testing out a new city, short stay’s for you.
Flex stays
Flexible stays are the longer-term option.
You pay a monthly rate similar to rent, but without the usual lease drama.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 30€ per month. That’s it. One flat fee, clearly stated upfront. No deposits that mysteriously vanish. No negotiations.
Straightforward pricing for you and your pet both.
