Meeting rooms
Most our sites have a private meeting room. They’re available with a large table and seating to accommodate 6-8 people. These rooms include a large screen TV for your group presentation needs.
Co-working space
Our co-working space allows all guests to conveniently work in an inspiring environment.
You can find a variety of open workspaces where you can comfortably work or collaborate. Enjoy the flexibility of ‘hot seats’ available for spontaneous discussions or focused work sessions.

Our gym and spa-style sauna area are the perfect place to recharge after a long day.
Sauna area
Our sauna area offers showers and traditional sauna. Noli Katajanokka and Noli Sörnäinen also has steam rooms and jacuzzis. Ask for opening hours and other site specific details from our hosts.
Gym
Most of our sites have a gym: Our gyms allows you to workout in a professionally equipped room located conveniently just a few floors away from your Noli Studios space.
Cleaning
Enjoy our hotel style cleaning services, shared home appliances and complementary laundry room.
Laundry room
To complement the washing machines located in nearly all studios, the onsite laundry room offers guests additional washing machines, tumble dryers, a sewing machine, ironing appliances and a drying area for hanging clothes.
Cleaning services
Our cleaning staff will take care of your studio and shared spaces. The flexible stay basic rate includes biweekly cleaning for fully furnished studios and cleaning once a month for lightly furnished studio. For an additional fee, an extra cleaning service is available. Short stay cleanings happen every few days.
Our service stations include small household appliances such as vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, and clothing steamer.
Transport
Transportation is made easy with bicycle services. Experience your neighborhood with less stress and more room to explore.
Bicycle services
Our spacious and safe bicycle storage together with shared bikes make cycling the best way to move around. Available for all guests, on all locations but Noli Otaniemi, free of charge. Noli Otaniemi has City Bikes available right in front of the property.
Car parking
Car parking and electric charging stations are available for an additional fee. Availability is limited, so please ask for more information from site staff.
Storage and mail
Our storage and mail services allow you to conveniently order home deliveries and even keep groceries in cold storage until pickup.
Reception pick-up point
Our reception pick-up point is perfect for storing luggage, groceries and home delivered goods for a short period of time.
Personal mailbox
Our personal mailbox allows you to have your mail delivered straight to Noli Studios.
Additional storage space
Our additional storage rooms allow you to store small and big belongings for later use. Storage space is available for an additional charge.
