Welcome to Noli Malmi, your new conveniently located home in the northeastern Helsinki. Surrounded by a diverse and rapidly developing district, our studios have much to offer from great views to everyday luxury.

With easy access to public transportation, like literally – Noli Malmi is almost standing on top of the bus and train station, Helsinki city center is just a short journey away. Similarly close by is the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, offering easy access whenever you’re craving a vacation or find yourself traveling frequently for work.

Inside Noli Malmi, our communal spaces offers room to inspire and connect. From our modern gym and spa-like sauna area to our cozy meeting room, community spaces, laundry facilities and common kitchen, there’s always a place to relax and unwind with likeminded people. And with our shared bikes and the aforementioned transportation options, getting around the city doesn’t get any easier.

Our studios

All our studios have the same full kitchen, so cooking is always easy. Dishwasher, combination oven, induction stove, fridge, freezer. Everything you’d expect at home. Below is a simple overview of the different studio types you can choose from. When you start booking, you’ll see what’s available for your dates.

Compact studio

Up to 2 people

A small but comfortable studio. Works well for one person or a couple who likes simple living. Everything you need, nothing extra.

Standard studio

A bit more room than in the Compact studio. Extra storage helps keep things tidy. A reliable choice for one or two people.

Medium studio

Lightly or fully furnished

A bit more space than a Standard studio, and a bit more light as it has more windows.

Spacious studio

Multiple different layouts, some with a separate bedroom, others in a studio layout. A good fit if you like having a little extra space around you.

Both bus and train stations are right outside of the building. Noli Malmi is located 14 km away from Helsinki Central Railway Station. There’s commuter train connection from Central Railway Station and from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to Malmi train station – trains I and P. An extensive bus network is available immediately above the train station, right next door from Noli.

Check in and out

Studio check in starts at 15.00. Check out is available until 11.00 on the day of departure. Self-service stations are located in the lounge areas for easy check in and check out. See the staff working hours from your arrival information.

Cancellation policy

You can choose a flexible rate for your short stay studio, which allows for a free cancellation 48 hours before your booking begins. Flexible booking is binding and the first payment will be charged at the time of booking.
