Choose your furnishing level for a Flexible Stay
When booking a Flexible Stay, you’ll pick the furnishing level that suits you.
You can choose a lightly furnished studio that you can style your own way, or a fully furnished studio that’s ready from day one.
Lightly furnished
Lightly furnished studios includes necessary items:
- Bed or beds
- Dining table and chairs
- Lighting
- Blinds for windows
- Kitchen appliances
- Dishwasher
- Fridge & freezer
- Induction stove
- Combination oven with microwave
- Wardrobe and other fixed furnishing
You can make the studio feel like yours with your own small furniture and personal items.
Fully furnished
Fully furnished studios include all that lightly furnished and:
- Bedding items (sheets, blankets, pillows)
- Curtains
- Towels
- Rugs for floor
- Cookware, dishes and utensils
- Decorative items
- Painting
- Hanging lamp
- Reading lights
Some of the bigger studios also include sofa and washing machine. Everything is set up for you, so arriving with just a suitcase is enough.
How pricing works for Flexible Stays
The monthly rate gets lower the longer you stay; the graph shows the overall trend. The lowest rate is always reached with a 12‑month stay.
If you book 12 months right away, that lowest rate stays the same for your whole stay.
If you book a shorter Flexible Stay, the price will change when you extend. Each time you add more months, your rate adjusts to match your new total stay length. If the new rate is lower, you also get a credit for the difference so that you end up paying according to the stay you actually complete. It keeps stepping down until it reaches the 12‑month level.
A simple example:
Book 1 month → you pay the 1‑month rate.
Extend to 2 months → your next month uses the lower 2‑month rate, and you are credited the difference from month one.
Extend again → the rate drops again and the same logic applies.
If you estimated a longer stay at the time of booking but leave earlier, the final bill adjusts to match the shorter total stay. It works both ways so that pricing is transparent and fair.
So your actual monthly rate is based on several things, like the length of your stay, the studio type you choose and the real‑time availability for your dates. You’ll see the exact prices when you start booking.
Good to know before booking a Flexible Stay
Flexible move‑in dates
You can book your stay for exactly the time you need, so your move‑in doesn’t have to be at the turn of the month.
Please mind these times when booking:
Check‑in after 15:00
Check‑out by 11:00
Confirming your booking
Your booking is confirmed once you complete the payment at the end of the booking flow. For Flexible Stays, the first month’s fee acts as the reservation payment. The amount depends on the date your stay begins.
Extending your booking
A Flexible Stay is always an estimate when you book it, and you can continue your stay for as long as you need.
You just need to let us know separately when you decide to end the booking.
Ending your booking
A Flexible Stay can be ended with a notice period of one calendar month.
On the 14th of each month, we send you an email with a link to a calendar where you can submit your notice.
