At Noli Studios, we know everyone arrives with different plans. This page walks you through how our stays work, from the booking types to furnishing options, pricing and other useful things to know. You can explore everything at your own pace before moving on to the booking itself.
Your stay length decides the booking type
First, decide whether you’re staying for a few nights or looking for a new temporary home.
Short stays
= Stays of 27 nights or less
- Nightly rates
- Fully furnised studio
- Cleaning every few days
Longer stays
= Stays of 28 nights or more
- Also known as “Fixed Stay”
- Tier pricing with monthly invoicing
- Lightly or fully furnised studio
- Biweekly cleaning
- Bookable for up to 360 nights

Paid services:
Paid services are priced individually and optional. Paid services are based on availability.

Choose your furnishing level for a Fixed Stay
When booking a Fixed Stay, you’ll pick the furnishing level that suits you.
You can choose a lightly furnished studio that you can style your own way, or a fully furnished studio that’s ready from day one.
Lightly furnished
Lightly furnished studios includes necessary items:
- Bed or beds
- Bedding items (sheets, blankets, pillows)
- Towels
- Dining table and chairs
- Lighting
- Blinds for windows
- Kitchen appliances
- Dishwasher
- Fridge & freezer
- Induction stove
- Combination oven with microwave
- Wardrobe and other fixed furnishing
You can make the studio feel like yours with your own small furniture and personal items.
Fully furnished
Fully furnished studios include all that the lightly furnished one do, and:
- Curtains
- Rugs for floor
- Cookware, dishes and utensils
- Decorative items
- Painting
- Hanging lamp
- Reading lights
Some of the bigger studios also include sofa and washing machine. Everything is set up for you, so arriving with just a suitcase is enough.
How Fixed Stay pricing works?
Fixed bookings can be anywhere between 28 and 360 nights.
The longer you stay, the less you pay per night; pricing tiers ensure you get a fair price for your stay no matter the length.

Good to know before booking a Fixed Stay
Check-in and check-out
Your stay can start and end on any date, so you’re not tied to the start or end of a month as you would be with a rental apartment. Book exactly the dates you need, just like a hotel, but for longer.
When planning your arrival and departure dates, remember these times:
Check‑in after 15:00
Check‑out by 11:00
Shortening your booking
Your check-in and check-out dates are your actual arrival and departure dates, not placeholders.
But plans change – we get that. If you need to leave earlier than planned, you can shorten your Fixed Stay booking once. Just keep in mind that shortening your stay may affect your nightly rate, since Fixed Stay pricing is based on the length of your booking.
Shortenings require 45 days’ notice. Your new checkout date will be at least 45 days from the day you notify us. Once shortened, no further changes are possible.
Extending your booking
You can extend your stay as many times as you like, as long as your studio is available and your total stay doesn’t exceed 360 nights.
If you have previously shortened your booking, extending is no longer possible.
Cancelling your booking
We offer free cancellation up to 45 days before your check-in date for Fixed Stays.
If you need to cancel within 45 days of check-in, your initial payment won’t be refunded.
